Cary Rubman, CPA, CFP®

Cary graduated from American International College in 1969. He then went on to become an Officer in the Army Reserves. Cary gained experience at both large and small accounting firms, and in 1973 he started his own accounting firm and obtained the Certified Public Accountant designation. In 1985 he limited his accounting practice to individual tax preparation and joined Avantax Investment Services^SM to concentrate on the financial planning needs of his clients. He went on to earn the designations of Certified Financial Planner, IRS Enrolled Agent, Certified Senior Advisor, and Investment Advisor Representative. Cary is responsible for the management of portfolio investments, the design of estate and tax planning strategies, and the implementation of strategic tax and financial plans. Cary, and his wife Jean, were married the day after they graduated from college in 1969 and they reside in Longmeadow, MA.
